Fall 2025 Details
How To Sign Up:
We use a program called Uplifter Inc. to register applicants. YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTERED ACCOUNT WITH UPLIFTER TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES (It's free and easy!) Please create this account BEFORE July 9th at 8pm if you are hoping to be one of the first to join fall classes.
REGISTRATIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY GO LIVE AT 8PM ON July 9th ON UPLIFTER
When you click this link, look for the blue bar that says "You must login or create an account to register for programs". Toggle the pop up screen to "First Time Registering?" and fill out the information provided. Don't forget to verify your account by responding the to the automated email that they will send you!
By registering you are considered a "Member" on the site. Once you have created your account, please make sure that you go to "Actors" and add each of your children that you would like to register. This will help you on July 9th essentially skip a step because you will be able to select the participants you wish to register and add that program to your cart immediately when registration opens at 8pm. If you need any help, please send us an email at sistersactaustin@gmail.com
Once you successfully add a program to your cart, the system will hold your spot in your cart for 30 minutes while you finish the waivers required and fill out your payment information. If you selected the incorrect program, please release your spot in the cart so that another family has an opportunity to grab it.
In the past we have filled some of our programs in just seconds, so if you are interested in joining us this fall we do urge families to be ready to register quickly. WE WILL HAVE WAITLIST SPOTS- It is definitely worth joining a waitlist. We always have some confusion/shuffling on registration night and you would be surprised how many spots pop back available. We also use waitlists to plan additional programming when we see that we have enough interest.

Small Group Voice Lessons
Mondays OR Thursdays from 4:00-4:45 (Beginner Ages 7-10), 4:45-5:30 (Intermediate Ages 10 and Up ), 5:30-6:15 (Beginner Ages 7-10), or 6:15-7:00 (Intermediate Ages 10 and Up)
August 17th-October 29th with a Recital on October 29th at 7:30pm

Cost $275
Our MOST requested class. This once a week 45 minute class is the perfect introduction to musical theater singing for young performers! Students will learn how to use their voices in a healthy way, sing with confidence, match pitch, and perform with expression and energy. Through fun group songs and games, they'll build a strong foundation. With no more than FOUR students registered for group lessons, your student will receive individualized attention that will help them grow as a performer at a price point you can't beat for voice training! This year we are doing our best to group by ability, so please look for the time slot that best matches your student's ability level.
If you are looking for advanced voice lessons, please reach out for private time slots that may be available.
Acting Classes: Creating a Strong Character
Mondays OR Thursdays from 4:30-5:30

Cost $250
Creating a Strong Character teaches young actors how to bring a role to life from the inside out! Students will explore character development through movement, voice, emotions, objectives, and backstory, learning how to make believable choices that captivate an audience. Whether they're preparing for auditions or performances, this class builds confidence, creativity, and the acting skills that transform good performances into unforgettable ones.
Madagascar Kids- Beginners Program
August 17th-November 14th
Mondays 4:00-5:30 OR Thursdays 4:00-5:30
*Black or Tan Jazz Shoes Required for this production*
Enrolling students ages 6-11 in Elementary Grades
Cost: $450 (*price includes a SistersAct rehearsal t-shirt and rehearsal bag) Sibling Discount: $35 OFF
This once a week 90 minute program focuses on putting together a full musical with lights, sounds, sets, costumes, props, and your child as the star! Every participant who enrolls will be cast as a part in our show on Saturday, April 25th. This 30 minute production is tailored specifically for beginner and elementary aged actors. We will rehearse every week this fall. Labor Day's Rehearsal, Monday September 7th, will be moved to Tuesday, September 8th that week only. There are 4 casts to choose from- the only differences are their practice times/dates and performance times!
$140 due now, and two remaining payments of $155 due August 1st and August 15th. Additional payment plans available if needed, please reach out.
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Baobab Cast (Mondays) will take place on Monday, November 2nd from 3:45-6:00pm and Monday, November 9th from 6:00-8:15pm. These are mandatory to perform so please write them down now!
Performance on Saturday, November 14th at 11:00am
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Canopy Cast (Mondays) will take place on Monday, November 2nd from 6:00-8:15 and Monday, November 9th from 3:45-6:00. Performance on Saturday, November 14th at 1:00pm
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Jungle Cast (Thursdays) will take place on Tuesday, November 3rd from 3:45-6:00 and Tuesday, November 10th from 6:00-8:15.
Performance on Saturday, November 14th at 3:30pm
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Lagoon Cast (Thursdays) will take place on Tuesday, November 3rd from 6:00-8:15 and Tuesday, November 10th from 3:45-6:00pm.
Performance on Saturday, November 14th at 5:30pm
Auditions for all casts will take place on Saturday, August 15th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Madagascar Jr- Intermediate Program
August 17th-November 14th
Mondays 5:45-8:00 OR Thursdays 5:45-8:00
Enrolling students of intermediate level ages 8 and up. (Recommended for students with prior stage experience OR students who are 10 and up and want to try theater)

Every participant who enrolls will be cast in Madagascar Jr. This program culminates in a 60 minute production featuring all of the songs and scenes from Madagascar Jr. We will rehearse every week. Labor Day's Rehearsal, Monday September 7th, will be moved to Tuesday, September 8th that week only.

Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Volcano Cast (Thursday Cast) will take place on Wednesday, November 4th from 6:45-9:00pm, and Wednesday, November 11th from 4:30-6:45pm.
Performance on Friday, November 13th at 7:30pm.
Auditions for all casts will take place on Saturday, August 15th from 1:00-4:00.
Homeschool- Madagascar Jr

Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Waterfall Cast (Homeschool Friday Cast) will take place on Friday, November 6th from 9:30-12:00pm and Friday, November 13th from 9:00-11:15am.
Performance for the Waterfall Cast will be on Friday, November 13th at 12pm following dress rehearsal.
Auditions for this cast will take place on Saturday, August 15th from 1:00-4:00.
Something Rotten Jr- Advanced Spotlights Program
August 17th-December 12th

Enrolling students by audition only in 6th Grade and Up. Auditions are only for students who are NEW to SistersAct. Currently enrolled students will be considered from our Intermediate program. Please see our Spotlights page for more information.
This once a week 150 minute program focuses on putting together a full musical with lights, sounds, sets, costumes, props, and your child as the star! Every participant who is invited to enroll will be cast in Descendants. This program culminates in a 70 minute production featuring all of the songs and scenes from Something Rotten Jr. Labor Day's Rehearsal, Monday September 7th, will be moved to Tuesday, September 8th that week only. $140 deposit due now, and then two payments of $205 due August 1st and August 15th. Additional payment plans available if needed, please reach out.
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Sonnet Cast (Monday Cast) will take place on Monday, December 7th from 4:30-9:00 and Wednesday, December 9th from 4:30-6:45pm. We recommend telling schools these conflicts as soon as possible so if conflicts in rehearsals or performances arise later, these mandatory dates have already been disclosed.
Performances on Friday, December 11th at 7:30pm and Saturday, December 12th at 12:00pm
Mandatory Tech Rehearsals for the Verse Cast (Thursday Cast) will take place on Tuesday, December 8th from 4:30-9:00 and Wednesday, December 9th from 6:45-9:00pm. We recommend telling schools these conflicts as soon as possible so if conflicts in rehearsals or performances arise later, these mandatory dates have already been disclosed.
Performances on Friday, December 11th at 5:00pm and Saturday, December 12th at 3:00pm. Students in the Verse Cast will be expected to stay for Strike following their performance on December 12th.
Auditions for both casts will take place on Saturday, August 15th from 5:00-8:30.
Fun with Madagascar: Minis Program
Mondays 3:45-4:30 OR Thursdays 3:45-4:30
August 17th-October 29th
Enrolling students ages 4-5
Cost: $250 (*price includes a SistersAct rehearsal t-shirt and rehearsal bag)
This once a week 45 minute program focuses on learning the basics of theatre for our youngest performers! We will explore singing, acting, and dancing through Madagascar! Students will perform a "Sharecase" with a Madagascar theme on the last day of class to show off what they have learned. This Sharecase will take place on Upstreet's Warehouse Stage (located in the back of Northpoint).
$110 due now and then two remaining payments of $70 due on August 1st and August 15th.
